Who We Are
The Japanese Gospel Church of Toronto is an independent, non-denominational
evangelical church with services in English and Japanese. We warmly
welcome you to our services and activities.

Statement of Faith
- Our doctrinal position is
historical, biblical, and Christian as embodied in the
"Articles of Faith of
the Japanese Gospel Church of Toronto"
- We confess our faith in:
- 1) The total and
inspiration of the Old and the New Testament as the Word of God.
One God existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3) The fall of man, his
consequent total depravity and need of regeneration.
by grace through faith in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

6) The eternal blessedness of the saved and the
eternal punishment of the lost.
Young Peoples Ministry
This group consists of high schools students (grade 9 to 12) seeking a
deeper relationship with God. They meet monthly for Friday Night Bible
Studies, Saturday Night dinners and topical Bible studies, as well as for social
events. In Spring and Fall, they have the opportunity to get away on long
Christian Education Ministry
Every Sunday, we have Sunday school classes for children from toddlers to OAC.
We also can provide a Nursery for newborns to 2 years of age.
For one week in August, we run a family Bible
Camp for the purpose of sharing God's love for kids through speaker sessions,
vacation Bible school, sports and the witness of our lives.
The ladies of the church meet in small groups to pray, study the Bible and
encourage one another. In addition, throughout the year, there are opportunities
for the ladies to participate in various activities. These include: craft,
nights, social events and guest speaker sessions.
We gather weekly to intercede for the needs of the church and
